Armed police and an Ambulance attended Heathfield Road, Handsworth, at around 10.30pm last night (28 Dec) to reports of disorder.
Two men aged in their 20s were taken to hospital with stab wounds outside Heathfield supermarket.
They were taken to hospital but remain in a stable condition.
Officers have carried out house to house enquiries and CCTV checks are currently underway.
There will be an increased police presence and patrols to offer reassurance to the local community.
This follows a triple stabbing and murder round the corner only a few days ago.
