Exclusive footage shows 3 men trying car doors and are caught by police who stop their patrol car. The suspected thieves then proceed to whistle and goad the officers who simply drive off.
This incident recently happened in Harold Hill in East London, on 17.2.23 and it was captured on the Ring doorbell.
A local resident worried about the police reaction sent the story in.
