A ferocious fire destroyed a home and 2 flats on 23.3.23 in Cheshire, England (UK) as firefighters fought the flames at 1:30pm multiple emergency services attended – including six fire engines, police and paramedics on Abbotts Way.
Miraculously everyone inside the homes survived.
A number of homes were evacuated, with police closing roads and setting up a cordon, and a temporary shelter was set up at New Images Youth Centre for residents affected.
Four people were injured as a result of the incident, but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

As of 9pm on March 22, a spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The number of fire engines at the scene has now been reduced to three, plus the high reach extendable turret from Macclesfield.
“Crews continue to damp down hotspots in the affected property.“Neighbouring premises are also being checked for potential hotspots.
“Nearby residents in Calveley Way are now being allowed to return to their homes following inspections of the properties.
“Firefighters are expected to remain on scene overnight.”
Many people on social media have posed saying they are happy to donate items to help those affected.
Meanwhile, Winsford Town FC posted on social media: “Our thoughts go out to all involved in the fire today in Winsford.
“If you know anybody affected by the incident, please ask them to message us with how we can assist them and we will do our upmost to help where we can.”
The Top House and Brighton Belle in Winsford are also asking for any donations which may help those affected, including clothes, shoes, toiletries and furniture.
On Facebook, they posted: “We will liaise with those affected with anything we may get donated.
“Thank you in advance; it would be amazing to see the little town of Winsford rally around at a time of need.”
Cllr Stuart Bingham also offered words of support.
He said: “I was out of town when the reports of an incident on Abbotts Way came in, but I have now been down to the scene to speak to the police.
“The most important thing is that there was some walking wounded, but no fatalities.
“I hope everyone affected by this makes a speedy recovery.
“This will be devastating to the residents.
“I would ask everyone to respect their privacy at this difficult time.”
Cllr Nathan Pardoe added: “I hope all injured during today’s incident make a speedy recovery, thank you to the emergency services for responding promptly.”
