Police are investigating after two guns were fired on Melrose Place, Smethwick, on Wednesday (6 September).
The incident happened at around 3.50am. The first call we received telling us about the crime was at 9.25am, almost five hours later.
Thankfully, no one was injured but a house on the road was damaged.
We’ve recovered CCTV and we’re actively looking for the people involved. A car has also been seized and is being examined by forensic experts.
There’s no evidence at this time to suggest this was a random attack.
