Police are appealing for information after a woman was raped in Birmingham during the early hours of 10 July.
Police believe the predator posed as a taxi driver in the city centre, Digbeth and Perry Barr areas and approached lone women late at night offering lifts home, alcohol and drugs.
As part of our investigation, a 40-year-old man has been charged with rape and other sexual offences. He has been remanded in custody.
Police are appealing for any other potential victims or witnesses of similar incidents to contact us.
Police continue to support the woman and our investigation is still very much ongoing.
