An Italian woman who was taken hostage in an apartment building in Dresden, in the Zschertnitz district, is safe.
The perpetrator of the kidnapping is a Tunisian, who attempted to escape by climbing down from the balcony of the apartment on the 15th floor. At the height of the tenth, the man fell into the void and died instantly on impact with the road below. Having intervened on the spot, the special police departments found an Italian woman in the apartment. As reported by the newspaper “Bild”, there would have been a fight between the woman and the Tunisian, with the kidnapper threatening the victim with a knife before taking her hostage. The police are investigating the case.
